  I cannot recommend the company. As noted by others, initially the service seems fine and the technicians friendly and professional. My issue is with every other service after the initial service. Essentially, after they sign you up for yearly service, and get your money, that ends the good service. On every occasion over the past 12+ months they failed to show when scheduled or were hours late. I would schedule around them expecting them to arrive as promised. Literally every time they failed to show, failed to call and failed to explain why. Foolishly, I prepaid a year and after yet another failure to show I cancelled the service. I called and wrote on multiple occasions and still no refund. Of course I will contact the Better Business Bureau but should it really be necessary over $235? The Terminix franchise in Greenwood is simply not worth the hassle. Look elsewhere.
